During your evaluation, your provider will review:

  • Your medical history
  • Current medications
  • Previous weight loss efforts
  • Lifestyle habits
  • Health goals
  • Laboratory results, when applicable

Based on this information, your provider will discuss appropriate treatment options.

In many cases, yes. Eligible patients can complete their consultation through a secure telehealth visit with a licensed healthcare provider.

Yes. Laboratory testing is included as part of your medical evaluation to help your provider make informed treatment recommendations and monitor your health throughout your program.

Your treatment plan is personalized and may include nutrition counseling, lifestyle recommendations, ongoing medical monitoring, and prescription medications when medically appropriate.

The consultation fee is $150.

If your provider determines that treatment is not appropriate, you are responsible only for the consultation fee. Any additional program fees collected in advance will be refunded, less applicable payment processing fees.

Our Medical Weight Management Program is self-pay and is not billed through health insurance.

Every prescription medication has potential risks and benefits. Your provider will review your medical history, discuss potential side effects, and determine whether treatment is appropriate for your individual health profile.

Your provider will schedule follow-up visits as needed to review your progress, monitor your health, and make adjustments to your treatment plan when medically appropriate.

If you experience unexpected or concerning symptoms, contact your healthcare provider promptly. They will evaluate your symptoms and determine whether changes to your treatment plan are necessary.

We do not evaluate patients who are:

  • Under 18 years of age
  • Pregnant
  • Breastfeeding

Certain medical conditions or medications may also affect eligibility and will be reviewed during your consultation.

If your provider determines that this program is not appropriate for your medical needs, they may recommend alternative treatment options or advise follow-up with your primary care provider or an appropriate specialist.

Request a consultation through our website to begin the evaluation process. A licensed healthcare provider will review your health history and discuss the treatment options that may be appropriate for your individual needs.
