Frequently Asked Questions

Peptides are short chains of amino acids — the same building blocks that make up proteins in your body. They act as messengers, helping regulate many natural processes such as metabolism, energy production, recovery, mood, skin health, and more. Because peptides already exist in the body, certain medically-managed peptides can be used to support specific wellness goals under the guidance of a licensed provider.

Different medically managed peptides are used to help support general wellness goals such as:

  • metabolic support
  • energy and recovery
  • healthy aging
  • mood and focus
  • skin and hair appearance
  • sexual wellness

Your provider reviews your health history and goals to determine whether a peptide is appropriate and safe for you. Peptide programs are personalized and may vary based on individual needs.

You can complete your entire peptide evaluation through telehealth. A licensed provider will review your medical history, goals, and symptoms to determine whether a peptide is appropriate and safe for you. If approved, medication can be shipped directly to your home in eligible states.

If our provider is unable to diagnose or treat your health issue during a telehealth visit, they may recommend that you seek in-person care from a primary care provider or specialist. You will be charged for the consultation only. Additional fee you pay will be refunded back to you less the consultation fee and any merchant fees.

Your peptide evaluation costs $150.

Pricing varies depending on the specific peptide and whether you choose a one-month or three-month supply. Most one-month programs range from about $300+, and three-month plans may range up to $800+ depending on the formulation. After your Good Faith Exam (GFE), your provider will review all pricing options with you.

Providers may recommend peptides to help support general wellness goals such as metabolic support, energy levels, recovery, mood, focus, sexual wellness, or skin and hair appearance. Your provider will determine whether a peptide is appropriate based on your individual needs.

Your provider will help you choose the most appropriate peptide based on your goals, history, and medical suitability. You can also use our “Treatment Finder” wizard to explore options before your visit.

Most orders ship within 3–7 business days, depending on pharmacy turnaround times and your location.
